I went to this spot with four friends, and we had an amazing time. The service was fantastic—super friendly and made us feel right at home. The Ribeye Steak The ribeye was incredible—juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was just right, and it came with a rich sauce and fresh veggies. Definitely the standout of the night. The Burger Trio Starter We loved the burger trio! Each mini burger had its own vibe- one was classic, one had a smoky barbecue twist, and one brought some heat. Perfect for sharing, and they didn’t skimp on flavor. The Mac and Cheese This was pure comfort food- creamy, cheesy, and topped with crispy breadcrumbs. It was one of those sides you just can’t stop eating. Overall Everything was spot-on- the food, the service, and the vibe. I’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone. Perfect place for a group meal!

Fabulous Birthday meal at the The Chamber South Avenue south shields . Polite courteous service absolutely beautiful food well presented and tasted amazing onion Bhajis Best I've tasted . The masala fish was just gorgeous. We'll be back!

Well spent evening with friends. Excellent food with great ambience and impeccable service, staff are so friendly and welcoming. Ordered the Dinamite Chicken which was delicious and the Mixed Grill portion was generous with the steak cooked to perfection.

Wow! Words cannot describe how unreal the food was. From the ambience all the way to the service an absolute 10/10. Would definitely recommend the Sushi and the Bao Buns, honestly the best in this area. It’s a must try with it being 5 mins from beach and 20 mins from Newcastle.

Sunday night selection for our evening meal turned out to be a great choice. We went not long after opening and it was very quiet that’s why atmosphere was only 3 stars. But that gave us extra attention from the staff to advise us on choice, very friendly and knowledgeable. As this is a restaurant that does not sell alcohol they even offered to go to shop for us. So it’s advised to bring your own if required. The food did not take long and was piping hot. No complaints and we will be back. Thank you

Unreal!! I have been to The Chamber Restaurant multiple times and definitely won’t be the last. We wanted to try a variety of dishes this time so we ordered a couple of the small plates and they did not disappoint! Mocktails The mocktails were delicious couldn’t resist to get another and great value (2 for 10) so bonus points for that Starters For starters we got the trio burger sliders and dynamite prawns. Amazing!! Have always been my favourite go to staters, so flavourful and scrumptious. Small plates We had gotten the dynamite chicken bao buns, birria tacos, Adana kebab skewers and the Okra fries. Even though they were classed under small plates, we were stuffed! Everything was amazing and piping hot and came reasonably quick with it being a busy time as well. Can’t fault this place, 10/10 food and experience and staff were so lovely and welcoming!

Newly refurbished restaurant taking over from Spice 1, they've really renovated the inside of the building with a modern setting. We tried out the new menu they were offering and looking to get feed back on the new items. The food I had was very filling (Chicken Katsu Curry) and tasty. I also had a starter too (Cheese Stuffed Kebab Roll), I like the idea of it however the kebab didn't have much flavour just the spice. A friend of mine tried out the 3 mini burger starter and was very happy with what he had gotten, mentioned they were really tasty. He quickly polished them off as they didn't last long. The mocktails were also very nice, I tried the blue lagoon which has lemons and mint in it, very tasty and refreshing, so much I bought another one. Only real downside was that there was no heating in the place, it was very cold where most of my party kept their coats on. If this because the establishment are new and still setting things up, I don't mind. Just hope it does get sorted especially for the winter months ahead. Overall, I would highly recommend this new restaurant!

Really nice meal. Ordered the adana kebab skewers. Was told it would take a little while cos theyre slow cooked. We accepted this as we understood. However, in my opinion it didnt take too long but they still offered us complimentary onion bhaji potato skins. Parmesan and katsu curry were delicious. Staff were fantastic and added to the already great trip to Newcastle. Definitely a must stop when visiting.
